What are your hours of operation?
Gate: Open daily from 6 am to 9 pm. Please see our Contact Us section for more
information.
Office: Hours are Monday-Saturday from 8:00am to 7:00pm. After hours and Sunday is by
appointment, just a give us a call and we will accommodate you.
Should I make a reservation?
Unit availability changes on a daily basis. To guarantee that the unit you want is
available when you need it, we recommend calling to reserve a unit.
Security:
Our facility has key pad access from entry and exit. We have digital security cameras
thru out the facility and the ground are well lighted at dark
Do I need insurance?
It is the responsibility of the tenant to provide their own insurance. Check your
homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered. If not, you may apply
for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance.
Do you give me a key?
The tenant is responsible for providing his own lock and key, and is therefore the only
one who has access to the unit. You may purchase a high quality lock for $15 from our
office.
What type of payment do you accept?
Credit Cards, Check or Cash
What is the minimum rental commitment?
We require a one month minimum commitment.
What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
We will need to see a valid driver's license or federal ID with picture.
How long will it take to complete my transaction on
the day of move-in?
The entire paperwork process should take less than 15 minutes.
